This year is the 2nd year of our festival, and we have decided to use Entràpolis again to manage the ticket sales. Entràpolis has many points in our favor:
It is in Catalan, has an intuitive interface, allows you to manage many events at the same time without complications, and has its own App to scan spectators’ tickets, among many other features.
A very important factor is also the quick response of the technical team. Any questions or problems, they help you solve them very quickly and at different times of the day!
Also, they don’t stop adding features! They recently implemented the functionality of being able to display information in different languages, which is very good for us at the Vila Màgica Festival, because despite focusing on the local population, we are also open to people from other countries, who speak Spanish or English, to enjoy the magic we offer.
In addition, people or entities that create a user can collaborate with their comments, needs and ideas to improve the platform, via an organized forum with voting system, thus becoming a living platform at the service of the people who are part of it.
The platform has its own Blog as a reference to help resolve doubts about different subjects, but also to provide ideas to the organizers, and they update the content regularly, with very interesting proposals at that.
