Jordi Pota (Tona, Osona) defines himself as much more than a magician. Communicator, actor, illusionist and playful, he is passionate about culture and it shows through his 15 years of undertaking and devising new projects. Of course, always with a touch of humor.
He has collaborated with the «Tot es mou» from TV3, with the «Fricandó Matiner» from RAC105 and Cadena SER with «Hora Barcelona» to bring magic to the general public in original and fun ways.
Currently in charge of Ironic Art Productions and of creating and presenting the board game entertainment show: «A Que Juguem?» broadcasted via YouTube.
An expert in the theater-magic modality, he believes in magic as a tool to explain concepts based on a story or common thread and thus succeed in making the viewer think. All this without underestimating the trick or forgetting the magic in the backseat.
During the festival he will be responsible for presenting and performing the free show of the Gala Inaugural in Plaça de la Vila de Gràcia, as well as overseeing the rest of the events for so that everything goes as it should.
